Nonimmigrant visa: Artist or entertainer in a culturally unique program

From Mar 2025 to Feb 2026, Taipei issued 135 P3 visas, about 11 a month, up 26% from the 12 months before. But it issued only 2 in January and February 2026, against about 13 a month from March to December 2025.

This counts visas issued, which shows how busy the post is, not how long you will wait. The State Department data here ends in February 2026, so it cannot show what has changed since then, such as pauses that started or ended later.
