Taipei’s IR5 visa issuance rate

Parent of U.S. citizen at least 21 years of age

Before COVID, Taipei issued 16 IR5 visas in an average July. This July, they issued 22. It seems like Taipei is hard at work catching up on their backlog from COVID.
