Shenyang: F1 visas issued

Nonimmigrant visa: Student in an academic or language training program

From Mar 2025 to Feb 2026, Shenyang issued 2,244 F1 visas, about 187 a month, about the same as the 12 months before. But it issued only 93 in January and February 2026, against about 215 a month from March to December 2025.

This counts visas issued, which shows how busy the post is, not how long you will wait. The State Department data here ends in February 2026, so it cannot show what has changed since then, such as pauses that started or ended later.
