Rangoon’s IR5 visa issuance rate

Parent of U.S. citizen at least 21 years of age

Before COVID, Rangoon issued 9.7 IR5 visas in an average August. This August, they issued 33. It seems like Rangoon is hard at work catching up on their backlog from COVID.
