Phnom Penh’s IR5 visa issuance rate

Parent of U.S. citizen at least 21 years of age

Before COVID, Phnom Penh issued 58 IR5 visas in an average August. This August, they issued 43. It seems like Phnom Penh is still not operating at full capacity.
