Phnom Penh’s CR1/IR1 visa backlog

Before 2020 March, Phnom Penh issued 31.9 CR1/IR1 visas per month on average. If we naively assume that the number of visa applications didn’t change during COVID, they are now 9.2 months behind expectations.
