Manila: C3 visas issued

Nonimmigrant visa: Foreign government official, immediate family, attendant, servant or personal employee, in transit

Visas issued, Mar 2025 – Feb 2026

about the same as the year before

Per month

4.6

For now, from our reading of the numbers: Manila issued only 1 in January and February 2026, against about 5 a month from March to December 2025.

Visas issued show how busy the post is, not how long you will wait.
