For now, from our reading of the numbers: Luanda issued none in January and February 2026, against about 16 a month from March to December 2025.

Most immigrant visa applicants at Luanda are citizens of Angola, and their immigrant visas are suspended. They can still get an interview, but may not get a visa. Dual nationals who apply with the passport of a country not covered are an exception.
