Lome: IB2 visas issued

Immigrant visa: Self-petition child of U.S. citizen

Visas issued, Mar 2025 – Feb 2026

none since Dec 2018

The State Department’s scheduling tool does not list self-petitioners (VAWA) or their children.

Visas issued show how busy the post is, not how long you will wait.

The State Department sends immigrant visa applicants from Togo to Abidjan, not Lome.

Details

Its list of embassies and consulates for immigrant visas names Abidjan. But its notice of July 15, 2026 names Lome as a regional visa hub, so check the embassy’s own website (usembassy.gov).
