Kinshasa’s IR5 visa issuance rate

Parent of U.S. citizen at least 21 years of age

Before COVID, Kinshasa issued 9.3 IR5 visas in an average September. This September, they issued 19. It seems like Kinshasa is hard at work catching up on their backlog from COVID.
