Kigali’s IR5 visa issuance rate

Parent of U.S. citizen at least 21 years of age

Before COVID, Kigali issued 0.7 IR5 visas in an average July. This July, they issued 11. It seems like Kigali is hard at work catching up on their backlog from COVID.
