Islamabad’s IR5 visa issuance rate

Parent of U.S. citizen at least 21 years of age

Before COVID, Islamabad issued 98.7 IR5 visas in an average July. This July, they issued 200. It seems like Islamabad is hard at work catching up on their backlog from COVID.
