Islamabad’s F41 visa issuance rate

Brother or sister of U.S. citizen at least 21 years of age

Before COVID, Islamabad issued 59 F41 visas in an average December. This December, they issued 82. It seems like Islamabad is hard at work catching up on their backlog from COVID.
