Hong Kong’s IR5 visa issuance rate

Parent of U.S. citizen at least 21 years of age
Before COVID, Hong Kong issued 8.3 IR5 visas in an average July. This July, they issued 20. It seems like Hong Kong is hard at work catching up on their backlog from COVID.
