Hong Kong’s H4 visa backlog

Spouse or child of temporary worker (such as H1B)

Before 2020 March, Hong Kong issued 9.5 H4 visas per month on average. If we naively assume that the number of visa applications didn’t change during COVID, they are now 12.2 months behind expectations.
