Hong Kong’s F41 visa backlog

Brother or sister of U.S. citizen at least 21 years of age

Before 2020 March, Hong Kong issued 22.9 F41 visas per month on average. If we naively assume that the number of visa applications didn’t change during COVID, they are now 10.2 months behind expectations.
