Hong Kong’s F41 visa issuance rate

Brother or sister of U.S. citizen at least 21 years of age

Before COVID, Hong Kong issued 11.7 F41 visas in an average July. This July, they issued 69. It seems like Hong Kong is hard at work catching up on their backlog from COVID.
