Guayaquil’s IR5 visa issuance rate

Parent of U.S. citizen at least 21 years of age

Before COVID, Guayaquil issued 53 IR5 visas in an average September. This September, they issued 151. It seems like Guayaquil is hard at work catching up on their backlog from COVID.
