Guayaquil’s IR5 visa issuance rate

Parent of U.S. citizen at least 21 years of age

Before COVID, Guayaquil issued 38 IR5 visas in an average July. This July, they issued 57. It seems like Guayaquil is hard at work catching up on their backlog from COVID.
