Colombo’s IR5 visa issuance rate

Parent of U.S. citizen at least 21 years of age

Before COVID, Colombo issued 10 IR5 visas in an average September. This September, they issued 22. It seems like Colombo is hard at work catching up on their backlog from COVID.
