Buenos Aires’s IR5 visa issuance rate

Parent of U.S. citizen at least 21 years of age

Before COVID, Buenos Aires issued 6.7 IR5 visas in an average August. This August, they issued 19. It seems like Buenos Aires is hard at work catching up on their backlog from COVID.
