Bogota’s IR5 visa issuance rate

Parent of U.S. citizen at least 21 years of age

Before COVID, Bogota issued 65 IR5 visas in an average August. This August, they issued 113. It seems like Bogota is hard at work catching up on their backlog from COVID.
