Beirut’s F41 visa issuance rate

Brother or sister of U.S. citizen at least 21 years of age

Before COVID, Beirut issued 6.3 F41 visas in an average August. This August, they issued 206. It seems like Beirut is hard at work catching up on their backlog from COVID.
