Bangkok’s F41 visa issuance rate

Brother or sister of U.S. citizen at least 21 years of age

Before COVID, Bangkok issued 2 F41 visas in an average August. This August, they issued 10. It seems like Bangkok is hard at work catching up on their backlog from COVID.
