Baghdad’s IR5 visa issuance rate

Parent of U.S. citizen at least 21 years of age

Before COVID, Baghdad issued 15 IR5 visas in an average August. This August, they issued 32. It seems like Baghdad is hard at work catching up on their backlog from COVID.
