Ankara’s IR5 visa issuance rate

Parent of U.S. citizen at least 21 years of age

Before COVID, Ankara issued 21.7 IR5 visas in an average May. This May, they issued 119. It seems like Ankara is hard at work catching up on their backlog from COVID.
