Ankara’s F41 visa issuance rate

Brother or sister of U.S. citizen at least 21 years of age

Before COVID, Ankara issued 11 F41 visas in an average August. This August, they issued 81. It seems like Ankara is hard at work catching up on their backlog from COVID.
