Almaty’s IR5 visa issuance rate

Parent of U.S. citizen at least 21 years of age

Before COVID, Almaty issued 7 IR5 visas in an average May. This May, they issued 102. It seems like Almaty is hard at work catching up on their backlog from COVID.
