Addis Ababa: B1/B2 visas issued

Nonimmigrant visa: Business or Tourist Visa

From Mar 2025 to Feb 2026, Addis Ababa issued 9,716 B1/B2 visas, about 810 a month, down 43% from the 12 months before. But it issued only 299 in January and February 2026, against about 942 a month from March to December 2025.

This counts visas issued, which shows how busy the post is, not how long you will wait. The State Department data here ends in February 2026, so it cannot show what has changed since then, such as pauses that started or ended later.
